These are great they work good when using dragon naturaly speaking

Decent sound for video conferencing and very lightweight compared to my previous headset. Comfortable to wear for a couple of hours or so. Biggest problem is the cable (see photo) which is made of something which constantly twists and tangles. Every day I have to unravel the wire on these and it takes a minute or more.

Gekauft als Ergänzung zu einem Plantranics Headset im Büro für das Arbeiten zu Hause. Funktioniert unter WIN7 und WIN10 problemlos, wird von allen Anwendungen (Softphone, Skype, Webex, MS Teams etc.) erkannt. Die Anrufannahme mit dem Knopf am Kabel funktioniert beim Softphone, das ist super. Laut/Leise und Mute ebenso.Ich kann es auch problemlos für eine oder zwei Stunden am Stück tragen. Für den ganzen Tag (Call Center) würde ich es nicht nutzen wollen, aber das ist eine persönliche Frage des Komforts und ich muss es ja glücklicherweise auch nicht.

I have been using these headphones for about 6 months now.Starting with its build quality, its sturdy and very lightweight.Sound clarity is too good for the price. Nice and heavy base. Vocals are very clear.Used it for my Softphone and it works just amazing. The mic does not catch much noise from the background.It would have been good if a dead cat or a mic cover was provided with the headphones.

Correspond à nos attentes. Utilisation avec dragon speaking sur ordinateur.
