This phone requires setup off the computer in order to work and you get no instruction manual I you tubed it and it was too complicated for a simple phone.

Works great. Despite other Reviews
We have been buying these for years and do not know why there are bad reviews . We usually buy 10 -15 a few times a year and they have been working fine for our environment of 800+ Phones. The 230s biggest problem is the speaker button and handset receiver button going bad. Good Seller
