Measuring 5.9 inches and weighing just 1.6 ounces, this compact pen is precision machined in the USA from robust copper, making it both stylish and functional. Ideal for unisex use, it’s designed for those who value preparedness and quality in their everyday carry. ## Description When we started thinking about a small tactical pen we wanted to have a pen that is as small as the refill would allow but still have something that you could use to get out of a bad situation if you had too. So as you all can see we kept to the basic idea of all of our pens and kubatons with the deep grooves at each end of the body. This pen also has the same longitudinal grooves in the middle portion of the body as the Extreme Duty pen. So even though this pen is shorter and smaller in diameter you can still get a very good grip on it when striking. Features Designed and manufactured using state of the art CNC and CAD_CAM technology. Properly placed traction grooves give a good firm grip when using pen in a CQB mode. Course threads used throughout for extra thread height which translates into a very strong tough thread able to take the punishment of hard strikes. Modular design so the user may add a multitude of 17-4 Stainless Steel end attachments to configure the pen however the person or mission dictates. Made from Copper with a Satin Finish It will tarnish and patina Uses Fisher Space Pen full size refills (pn# SPR4B) Specs 3/8" Diameter - Overall Length 4 1/4" - Weight 1.6oz Manufacturer Rick Hinderer Knives This model like all our others is also a MODULAR pen. The small bullet on the back of the pen is a separate threaded piece, meaning that we will be adding all of the other attachments such as the warhead, strike bezel, etc.. ## Features - The Investigator pen is no ordinary pen; It was born from the need to have a quality pen and a durable self defense tool in one - The original reduced size Tactical Pen, small on size, huge on features - Precision machined in USA, Designed using the latest CAD/CAM technology ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00EAS0U9E | | Age Range Description | Adults | | Apparel Fabric Weight Class | Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,040,353 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #830 in Camping Survival Kits | | Brand Name | RICK HINDERER KNIVES | | Collection Name | All | | Color | Copper | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (17) | | Fabric Type | Copper | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00765857646879 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 4"L x 3"W | | Manufacturer | RICK HINDERER KNIVES | | Material | Copper | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | P5801006TD | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Size | 4 1/4 inches | | Style Number | HIN-INV-COPPER | | UPC | 765857646879 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![RICK HINDERER KNIVES Investigator Pen, Copper - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/510gnqxNxbL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - RICK HINDERER KNIVES Investigator Pen - UltiClip Slim 3.3 - ULTICLIP SLIM 2.2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/80226924-rick-hinderer-knives-investigator-pen-copper](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/80226924-rick-hinderer-knives-investigator-pen-copper) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
