That the item does help with sprains
Bought these for my Granddaughter as she had twisted her ankle and was unable to go shopping for one. The Religrip elastic tubular radial bandage really did help alleviate much of the pain. Her 3 year old Daughter says " Mummy fell but it was only a little fall ". That made me giggle so much. The price was very good too and when done with it she will launder it for any further accidents. I shall use this seller again as the price and delivery were excellent.

easy to cut to size
This has come in very handy for me at the moment. I originally bought one metre from the pharmacy and as it gets dirty all the time it needs to be replaced. I am thrilled to have found this 10 metre version of bandage here on Amazon.It is elasticated and you can cut it to the size you require. I guess how long I want it based on where the pain is on my right hand wrist. I sprained my wrist while working out with weights at the gym and the only thing that helps me is using a bandage (and taking pain tablets too).The size B that I bought is suitable or someone with small to medium wrists and the bandage is stretchy which is convenient. Also you can double it up so that it gets quite warm on the area where you have pain. When you cut it to the size you want it is a bit rough and best to fold it over on itself so it looks neat. It is better using this tubular bandage that the other type where you put a pin or clip to keep it in place.I think buying it in this large size works out cheaper and although I just throw away the bandage after I have worn it all day, you could possibly wash it out in the sink and reuse it. I use paints and ink so most days the plaster is ruined.I only use it on my wrist but there is no reason why you couldn't use it on your ankle or even upper arm or foot. It would be important to choose the correct size depending on the size of your wrist or ankle.

Very poor quality
Awful quality, didn’t noticed when I bought that I couldn’t return it, now I’m stuck with a product I won’t use because it just doesn’t give any support…

OK FOR A TEENAGE ARM
OK FOR A TEENAGE ARM, I think this would be tight on an adult forearm and over elbow, would fit a teenage leg up to the knee.
