Gumboot Soup

The pressing sounded great, and it looks amazing too (despite the listing not mentioning this was a colored vinyl), it ends with an intentional loop which i had never heard on digital copies.The only issue I really have is that the lyrics on the sleeve are incorrect or missing in a few places, something I've noticed on a few of ATO's King Gizzard releases.

Gumboot Soup is one of the most often forgotten, but it’s by far one of their bests! The pressing sounds and looks amazing! (Don’t get confused at the end, The Wheel loops back at the end like at the end of A day in the life)

KGLW continues to impress with another record that is great front to back. How they can continue to write so prolifically I'll never understand. While this record will have licks you've heard before from more recent records, it does offer some newer sounds and tempos that recall their earlier foray into psych-rock (Quarters/Paper Maché Dream Balloon). A must have for any King Gizz fan.

KGLW never cease to amaze. This LP is womderful! Regretfully the disc I got is defective... streaked on the B side.

I bought both the download (via Bandcamp) and the LP (since I am listening to albums more and more). I love the band and the music. The LP however is horrible. It sounds like someone didn't listen to it before pressing, its boomy and bassy. Get the music but not the LP.

Probably the gizz’s most diverse album. One of my favorites by them.

Es el album con el que cerraron su proyecto de lanzar 5 en 2017, por lo que es admirable que lo hayan logrado y que podamos encontrar muy buenas canciones aqui tambienl, creo que en el momento que lo lanzan la consolidacion de la banda como la mejor en cuanto a psicodelia moderna quedo lograda indiscutiblemente.El vinyl es naranja con gran calidad de audio.

Bought the vynil as a gift and I contacted the seller when we realized that the vynil loop on a track.I haven't heard back from them. If you buy from this seller, consider that it's risky. If the vynil is defective you won't get a replacement or refund.

Ordered this to add to my collection and was excited because this album was hard to find on vinyl, and is one of my favourite King Gizzard albums. But to my horror, the box was bent, and inside, the outer sleeve itself is bent, with no padding or bubble wrap. Other albums I ordered off of Amazon arrived in perfect condition. The record itself is fine, but the warping is ridiculous.
