Inspiring cookbook. very high level

Top Chef; Not For Me
This is on its way to my local library 'tag sale.' The book is one chef writing to other chefs. I am a 'significant cookbook' collector and user. I do like to keep up with contemporary techniques and recipes and this chef shines in that regard. But...I travel in France every once in a while and I can meet today's chefs where my dreams take me.
