I have a couple of herniated discs in my back and neck. Along with advanced arthritis. Finding an office chair that is somewhat comfortable is a challenge. The chair is beautiful and it is comfortable at first. I love that the arms flip up. It's my back up chair now.Update: the company reached out to me directly. At first I thought it may be a scam but nope. Been so long since I've experienced this level of customer service that it stumped me. I now have a replacement chair that is absolutely amazing. I feel like goldilocks trying to find the right chair. If I ever need to replace the new chair I'll go directly through the company. They have a customer for life. Thank you!!!

At first I thought there weren't any instructions included. I tried to call the company but it states the mailbox is full. I read on the box to watch the assembly video which I did find on YouTube. The other thing is check the outside of the box to find out the model if you plan on watching a video. Amazon said my chair was model 5039 but the box says its model 5037. There are videos on you tube for both models. It wasn't until I was ready to assemble the seat that the instructions fell onto the floor, they must have been attached to the bottom. I gave it five stars because with or without instructions assembly was easy and I love the chair. Very comfortable

This chair is so much more comfortable that my previous one. Wish the arms were adjustable, but since you can move them back, it fits under the desk better.

This chair is great! I work from home full time so I needed something comfortable. I was specifically looking for a chair that the arms could be raised or lowered. Lean back tension is adjustable and adjusts up and down. Worth it to pay a little more for comfort and not cheap out like I did on my last chair. Highly recommend.

This is a nice chair for its price. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I feel like it slowly sinks By the end of the week if I have not adjusted it at all. I feel like I am sitting very low. If I have adjusted at all during week it feels fine. Comfortable and as descriptive.

Relies to much on air. Great at first but for long term times of sitting when working without getting up it deflates and loses comfort

A few months in after ordering two and seem to be holding up fine considering the price. Easy assembly, nothing came damaged in shipping, and okay chair support. They are also pretty nice looking!

The chair was really easy to assemble, took no more that 15 min. Its very comfortable so the only complaint I have is that the wheels don't seem to move so it doesn't glide as smoothly as one would want. I end up lifting the chair to move it. I am unsure if its cause I am fat.
