Can it be used to clean waterproof backpacks?

I seriously wouldn’t use meth spirits for this purpose - too dangerous- stick to diluted white vinegar and baking soda then rinse

I bought this fluid for cleaning purposes only..

Can this be used as a floor paint thinner?

Well myself for oil based paint eg gloss paint I would use white spirit but if it is a water based paint, acrylics, you can just use water,but I would only thin a floor paint for a first coat
