Don't feel Divine
I was attracted by the product name 'Divine Energy Oracle', however, while the cards themselves, offer useful and insightful messages, the card meanings don't feel particularly Divine or high vibration, referring very much to the everyday ego and petty dramas and delivered with a slightly condescending tone.Rather annoyingly, the card meaning index isn't sorted in alphabetical order, which means you have to scan the index to find the page number for the card. As a plus, the card stock is thick with a matte finish.A more uplifting reading experience is to read the cards intuitively, being guided by your inner wisdom. They could be useful as a one card pull in addition to a Tarot spread. They're not right for me but might be wonderful for someone else. You'll only know by trying for yourself.Edit: since writing this review I’ve used the cards more and they do offer useful guidance in day-to-day self-care. I use them as a focus tool to know which priorities are a best use of my time and energy. So I’ve added 1 star

Useful
I am really surprised by the negative reviews for this deck. Granted, they are not ideal as a stand alone oracle, they are too simplistic for that and I can appreciate another reviewer described the phrases on each card as 'trite', but as an addition to a detailed tarot reading, they help clarify the broader message of a full spread and are useful as significators too. They are good quality card stock, as is to be expected from Hay House, and the colours and design are pleasing to the eye. I personally really like the straightforward messages and feel they help bring focus to a reading and I use this deck frequently. If you prefer to work with one deck at a time, as others reviewers have stated, you may find this deck a bit basic, but if like me, you use multiple decks at once, having one to hand that has simple and clear messages is very worthwhile.

I would not recommend these cards
I have loved using oracle cards for years however I find these a disappointment on every level. Occasionally the card I have chosen has actually caused me distress because of the insensitive wording. On top of this trying to find the card meanings in the book is made difficult because they are not in any order. I love Sonia choquette and her work but these have been put into the bin in frustration

Really, really poor.
I have a bunch of tarot and oracle decks, as do friends of mine.I bought this on an optimistic whim in person at an esoterics shop.It is really bad, and literally the worst deck I've bought so far.The phrases in it are trite. The descriptions in the booklet are superficial and thoughtless, and are 1-2 sentences and that is all.The "artwork" on the cards can't be called that, it's more like patterns taken from 70s wallpaper (but the bad kind :P).There isn't even a unique pattern per card, there are about 5-6 of these unattractive and simple and colour-lacking backgrounds that are then randomly chosen from for each of the cards, meaning many cards look identical except for the phrase.I wouldn't buy these, and wish I hadn't in the first place.I would recommend not making the same mistake I did, and seeking a more creatively inspired deck, for example the Rumi Oracle Cards have the most beautiful hand-drawn unique artwork and very moving descriptive passages to accompany each card.
