There is no whistle, just a powder scoop

It's pretty, but not functional
This is a pretty necklace, it's hangs elegantly and is very nicely polished. However, it's advertised as a whistle necklace, and this is not a whistle. I was hoping that it would, so I'm a little disappointed. The chain has some adjustability, going from about 24 inches to 26 or so. This seems to be more and more common, and is always nice to see here. I'm sure it will get worn, but it would be worn more and sooner if it actually had the whistle...
