A great way to enjoy Quince
I just came back from a trip to Turkiye and this style of quince marmalade is what they served at the hotel breakfasts. The word "marmalade" actually originated with quince jam. If you're looking for a spreadable paste like most jams in the U.S. then this one isn't for you. I prefer this kind of jam for quince because you can really sink your teeth into the actual fruit chunks while enjoying the sweet syrup. It's great on crunchy toast, and typically paired with tea or coffee for some bitterness to offset the sweetness.

Use this quince in pies, bread puddings and other desserts
This product is more like preserved fruit than a jam. Don't think about spreading it on anything. I have used the quince fruit pieces in a buttermilk pie, a clafouti, and a bread pudding. The quince flavor comes through and complements the creamy medium. The syrup can be used to top vanilla ice cream or to flavor other dishes. I highly recommend it as an easy alternative to preparing raw quince for inclusion in a dessert.

Needs to be whizzed in a food processor! Great taste!!
The "Jam" comes in the form of big chunks of boiled quince, that are still hard and difficult to chew, and syrup that was in with the chunks of quince would be better on pancakes. It was very runny. Aside from the form, the flavor was great!!! The flavor was really great!! I put the "Jam" in the food processor with a teaspoon of thickener and gave it a whizz. It was great. Good texture and great flavor. Did I say it tasted great?

Disappointed.
Sorry, not the best version of Quine jam. Clumpy, does not spread very well and the taste is lacking.

Tastes good
Don't know about benefits but it does taste good on a toast.
