I am really happy, that i choose this power bank.First : 20000 mAh capacity is more than enough to charge your phone, tablets, gadgets and then some. Mine Samsung Edge is charging in not full two hours. I think it is quite fast.It is a good thing to bear in mind that this is not a lightweight, but it is heavy, not recommended for pockets, you need a pouch or a bag to carry it.The LED lights showing you the power level and charging is a great feature as it visually shows you how much battery you have so you can plan accordingly, a life saver for those who don’t want their battery pack randomly dying on them when they least expect.The price/capacity ratio is excellent value for money and I very much recommend this product, and I will certainly consider buying from them again.If you have any questions I am more than happy to assist you.

Wrong USB charging cable in the pack - it did not fit the power bank

I bought this powerbank for my sister who had a tiny and cracked powerbank, she needed an alternative and longer lasting one.The powerbank is heavy as expected for it's size. However despite its mass it is strong and durable and despite dropping it various times still lasted well and with no issues what so ever.The price paid for this powerbank is a little overpriced but after its constant use can be judged as worth it.The powerbank is also compatible with fast charging you'll be shocked by how quick it charges your device.

Perfect to keep you topped up all day

I'm so glad I got this powerbank! Yes, it's a tad bulky in comparison to some of the newer palm-sized ones available now, but that doesn't really matter! It'll fit in a bag (if I'm carrying one) or into a coat/jacket/top/trouser pocket if need be. The cable that came with it, although short is adequate for use when I'm just in one place but to get round that when I'm travelling I carry the charging cable that came with my phone and a spare with a micro connector to fit my MP3or for a friend to use for emergency charging situations. It does take a while to charge (I tend to leave it on overnight when I'm least likely to need it) but the resulting charge does last for a goold long time and you can charge multiple items at once if need be. I do hope Amazon can get them back in because I've been recommending this particular one to friends since I bought it and sussed out how to use it! I initially thought the wrong cable had come with it and that it wouldn't fit my (old) phone, but I sorted that out by reading the booklet that came with it. I really can't recommend this powerbank highly enough. It's truly brilliant I've had it for going on two years now and I can't see me needing to buy another any time in the near future. I bought this to replace a small 8000mAh power bank that I've had for a couple of years and the difference is immense. The old power bank could easily power my iPhone X for most of the day playing Pokemon Go. I've had my phone running off this one for a whole day and it's still got 3 of the 4 capacity lights lit when I check by pressing the button on the side. Although I haven't tried, if the lights are accurate (and they should be) then I could probably run my phone off this for at least 2.5 days.It's pretty heavy, but then what do you expect for what is essentially a big pack of Lithium-Ion batteries? If you're travelling light or just out for the day then this is probably overkill, but if you're a hardcore gamer or will be out in the wilderness for long periods this is perfect. It's not the sort of thing ladies would want to keep in their handbag due to the size and weight; I'd recommend something smaller and (inherently) lower capacity in that case.The USB-C connector is really handy. i can charge my work phone up from flat to full in about 30 minutes. My iPhone X takes about an hour on the regular USB port, although I am planning to invest in a Lighting to USB-C cable soon.It also (like most power banks) has an LED torch on it which is handy.A (minor) downside is that it takes a VERY long time to charge. However, again, this is to be expected due to the high capacity.

Brilliant charger, lasted me the whole of Glastonbury and came home with two lights left!

Heavy, but a great power pack.Would definitely recommend these for price for product, used for quite a few mo ths now and I have no complaints.
