I read on a forum the only way to kill a Sig pistol is to not keep the rails greased. After cleaning my slide, barrel, extractor etc., I used a very small amount of this grease - applied using the toothpick sized syringe along the slide and slide lugs. The tip is narrow enough to reach into some very tiny places you just couldn't grease otherwise. The trigger bar, guide rod, and barrel ramp all got a thin coating too. A great feature of this applicator is that the end of the tube with the nozzle rotates to stop the flow of grease once you've applied enough. Saves greatly on the mess and wasted product. Anyone who has applied caulk from a caulking gun knows what I'm talking about. Just a quick twist of the nozzle... I can't recommend it enough. Review: Much better than oil for use on your guns - Much better than oil for use on your guns. It stays in place and lubes well. It does not run like traditional oil. Sig recommends this grease specifically for their weapons. A little goes a very long way. One tube will last many, many cleanings.

Disappointed. The syringe does not work.
The grease itself seems to be pretty good; it stays where you put it. However, after one use, the syringe does not work. I had to take out the plunger and use a cotton swab to scoop out the grease to apply it. I'm very disappointed, since I bought the product for the use of the syringe so I could get the grease to the hard to reach spots of my firearm.

Great grease!
My favorite grease for shotgun hinges and ejectors. The applicator and screw to close top make it super easy to use.

Excellent
Recommended by the NRA and by Sig Sauer. I purchased this not only for my Sig Sauers but for my Smith & Wesson handguns, and my Beretta handguns. Very smart packaging that gets the job done without waste and in a way to preserve the contents until needed. Easy to throw in the range bag or the cleaning kit.

All that folks say it is
This little syringe is worth its weight in gold. I can put a fine point of lube in any place I want. Additionally, it is a high quality milspec lube that stays where you put it. Because you use so little, it lasts a long time. Excellent for pistols with tiny parts.

Very good idea, but lousy way to dispense grease
Very good idea, but lousy way to dispense grease. I had a very hard time getting the grease to come out. I twisted the syringe as the instructions said and still could not get it to dispense. With increased pressure, I ended up blowing the cap and needle off the syringe with grease everywhere. Shipped it back.

Best Gun Grease sold today
Very slippery stuff, and if Sig Sauer includes a sample with every gun it must be good. If you watch some videos of Sig factory tours on You Tube you will see Mil Com TW25B grease on every assemblers bench. This product is made for lubing rails and links where wear could happen if the gun was not greased. It makes a semi auto action feel so much easier to open and close. This tube makes application very precise and is reclosable with a twist.
