I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book but after reading it and looking through it, I really like it, it talks about stuff you can do for anxiety, bloating, aches and pains, depression, etc. they have recipes for food, smoothies, etc. there is a women’s section, a men’s section, they show you how to use herbs, essential oils, foods, and some supplements, there is even a kids section if you have kids and for someone like me who doesn’t like taking medicine I figured I’d get some use out of this.

I've searched for a long time for book that covers as much as this one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I own several Neal yard remedies books at this point and I am eating up this one. So simple yet so full of information. I like the fact this one addresses alternative therapies and is not limited to just herbs and oils. It even has a children's section. I love it. Tables on measurements and safety tips for remedies included. It's the remedies book you need right now.

This book is so informative, w/info on a variety of illnesses and natural, DIY approaches to treat them. The recipes are easy to follow and make. I got this book cause of its reliance on the use of essential oils and herbs to treat ailments. The book is awesome and i can't wait to try making the suggestions mentioned.

This is an amazing resource and I love that they not only show you ways to use herbs and essential oils, but also lifestyle modifications, food choices, supplements and more! Whole-heartedly cannot recommend more! Also chockfull of diys!

Almost like a textbook. Been paging and reading this for days. Pictures and instructions are very informative. I feel a bit like Claire Frazer with this knowledge.

My friend lent me her copy of this book and I fell in love with it and bought my own. A wealth of information from a holistic view. Combines new and old medicinal knowledge with nutritional values. I recommend this book.
