this seems to be helping.have been on it one month.the only complant is the price.21.00 $ at costcomy friend just bought the same product for that price, that is a big jump to $3800might have to check that out.

I have arthritis in both knees plus I fractured my left knee a few months ago. I was limping around in pain, especially after sitting for long periods or first getting up in the morning. I thought I was headed for knee replacement surgery but decided to give glucosaine chondroitin a try. I started with the pills but they are so huge, plus I would forget to take them. I tried a couple other brands of the liquid and it was grossly thick with a fake, strong orange taste that repeated for hours. Yuck.I tried this liquid and OH JOY! My knees feel great. I can walk without limping. It has a very thin consistency and tastes sort of like berries. I don't have to mix it with anything and don't gag to get it down. I just fill the 1 oz cup that comes with it, one ounce every morning and I'm good to go for the day.

Six bottles were not wrapped tightly and resulted in some of plastic dosage cups to arrive cracked. Use more bubble wrap!

I hurt my wrist after replacing the front shocks on my truck. I visited an orthopedic specialist for some help. I was told the cartilage that separates parts of my wrist had worn out. After a few months, my wrist felt great! That was three years ago. It still feels great. And my arm is not an inch shorter with a plate in it. I still use it, but more as a preventative measure now, where I'll take a dose once or twice a week. This stuff worked wonders for me. It's not just snake oil. Not kidding, not lying.

I couldn't get past the taste. it was so sticking sweet and had a horrible after taste
