Starlite Basic Black Jazz Shoes Split Suede Sole

This shoe comes up small. I ordered a 5.5L, but received a product marked 5. However, it was a snug fit and I sold it to another person in my dance class who was a size 4, so I guess the advice is to order larger than your normal shoe size. She is extremely pleased with it and it is a good quality shoe, beautiful soft leather, and good value for money. I went for something else in the end, but that is no reflection on the product.

I have a slim size 6.5-7 feet. Previous reviews recommended buying a larger than usual size. I ordered a 7 and it’s was too big in both length and width. I would suggest buying regular size if you have wide feet or a half size smaller if you have slim feet. Otherwise, I thought the shoe looked well made and arrived swiftly.

Normally I’m not negative in any way but I’ve ordered from Starlite before and had the same issues. 1st I ordered a size up from my old shoes (I couldn’t find them so I found these) which I had stretchedSo I ordered a size 4.5 (my normal shoe size is 5. I tried them on today when they came and they were so big. Also the material feels cheap, my older ones have survived for nearly 4yrs and are more comfy. Other than them having quick delivery and being cheaper then some I wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic service ..needed them quickly after ordering an awful pair from a different seller. These are exactly what I needed for my daughters drama class. Fit like a second skin, soft leather, suede sole for quiet movement and rubber heel for grip when needed. Came beautifully wrapped in tissue and a handy shoe bag provided.Use the size guide and go up half a size but they are supposed to be a snug fit and assuming the leather with “give” slightly. I bought these for a show at the theatre for an actress. She complained that there was no grip and they were very slippery- worse than any pair she had worn before. We had to try many technique for her to be able to dance in them without slipping over- I should have just bought a different pair of shoes.

Bought for sons performing arts college course. Ordered 3 pairs because I wasn’t sure on the sizing. He is normally a 9.5 and we kept the 10.5 which fit nicely with a little bit of spare room😁No problem returning unwanted pairs and seller very helpful. Would recommend.

Nice soft and supple leather, I’m a 6.5 but after reading reviews which said they may come up small I ordered a 7. These are a little big on me but not enough to make me bother to change them. I’ve only worn them once so far and found the side rubbing on my ankles but I had thin short socks on so that helped. The soles are a bit plasticy so not a great grip, but adequate for my exercise class.

I bought these one size bigger because I usually have problems with shoes, but even one size bigger than my size, they were still too small. I would suggest going 2 sizes extra if you want to feel comfortable in them.
