No it shoots only one dart at a time

This is better as strongarm is loose and the bullets never go with strength they always shoot to your foot distance

No one by one and we need to retract the handle each time though we can load all 3 bullets at oncw.

Does The barrel rotate?

No it doesn't. Not sure but still it only fires them one by one. Amazing tech.
