OH MY......I am the gadget queen of all gadget queens and when I tell you I have tried them all, I'm not kidding. This is the best gadget I have ever bought. WHY didn't I know about this before is beyond me. This one snuck by my radar. If this company wanted me to be a spokes person for them, I'd do it! I will admit that when I received this initially it looked like an eighteen wheeler ran it over. The cardboard sleeve it was suppose to be in was torn and the edges of this thing were all rippled. It looked cloudy and I really thought maybe it was a return. For $9.99 it was rough looking and I was thinking this was going to be a bad purchase. I then realized that the outer edges were not the part that sealed it over the fixture, it was the part just below the suction cups on the inside, so that made me feel better because I couldn't understand how the rippled edges would adhere. It also appeared to have a little crease in it and I was concerned that it would leak so I tested it out...I'M IN LOVE! I was completely submerged in my bathtub up to my neck for the first time. I cannot believe this works, if I didn't see it for myself I wouldn't have believe it. Two or three extra inches doesn't sound like a lot but trust me it is. It makes a world of difference. Only problem, I didn't want to get out of the tub. Also, no annoying noise from water going down the drain...nice quiet bath...ahhhhh! It is so easy to install and holds very well, if you follow the instructions. BEWARE of one thing....as the water in your tub starts to get close to the top stick around because it will overflow and it will be a "Fatal Attraction" kinda thing going on in there. I can't wait for my next bath. I will be curious to see how well it holds up over time. I really hope it does. If so ,I will order another one because I do not want to be without this thing now that I have tried it. It is so worth the money, at least I think it is for what it does. I did order the clear one, just goes with any color and actually can't even see it. I'm guarding this with my life! You'll love what this does to your bath experience!!!

I've had this product for over a month, used daily. It is effective at its purpose of preventing water flowing through the overflow drain so that you can enjoy a deeper water level in your bath. It adheres perfectly and quickly, removes easily, and in tactile terms is easy and comfortable to handle. It has no odor and is a very pleasant color; it does not disturb the harmony of my bath/spa/relaxation which is important to me. It is very flexible but not slipshod thin, seems sturdy enough for daily placing and removing without any likelihood of wearing out or tearing. This SlipX Solutions cover seems at least as quality and durable as the one I previously bought, which lasted for several years before I decided to give myself as esthetic upgrade. The size of this cover is more than large enough to cover my drain overflow but not too large to be of use. I imagine it would be a good size for just about every standard household bathtub. Warning: This product does do its job very well, so make sure you monitor your bath while it's filling. It can spill over. You can delay this happening by rotating this drain cover before you place it, putting the drain hole to the side. If the cover part itself is more than large enough for your drain overflow, as it is for mine, you can also place this cover a bit lower. No matter what, I wouldn't start the water and walk away too far. If you've tried a product like this before and like me need to replace yours, I recommend this SlipX Solutions product. If you have never tried a product like this, I recommend it. I'm really glad I did.

I had a hard time deciding if I should give this 3 or 4 stars. When it stays it's great and once I figured out how to get the suction cups to stick it worked great at first. The problem is it has gotten harder and harder to keep in place as it's been used. It has a bunch of tiny suction cups that just don't hold easily and the ones at the top hit the bend of the tub, depending on how you place it which doesn't help either. A tip, dampen the suction cups and then press two or more at a time with both hands working from the bottom up. If you get it to stay and not slip, once the water fills over the bottom half it does help hold the cover on and if it's slipping once the tub is filled you can hold the sides with your feet. But all of this gets harder to do as time goes on, I don't think I have had this more than 3 or 4 months and water gets in there now each time I take a bath unfortunately. It still works/helps and the extra amount it allows me to fill the tub makes all the difference in creating a soothing, therapeutic and enjoyable bath, I just wish it were perfected so that I didn't have to work so hard to help it work. I don't know what would accomplish that (I wonder if perhaps slightly larger suction cups and fewer of them would help) and haven't seen any better ones so I still would highly recommend this if you need or enjoy a bath, it's well worth it even with the problems.

This has made bathing so much more comfortable. This successfully prevents the water in the tub from flowing out and allows you to be submerged. I have not had any issues with leaking or suction. I got this in December I think and this has been super reliable! It is easy to install and remove. And finally this is very affordable.

Works great for a little while then is not working at all. The suction cups don't prevent the water from going down the drain overflow.

I used Silicone Lubricant / Oil to keep the suctions from coming off and it worked great this way I can keep the deep fill cover on with the plug and no bugs can enter through the overflow drain. I have attached a picture of the silicone oil I used, and it stays viscous so the suctions stay on but can still be taken off easily. I just rubbed a light layer of the Silicone Oil / Lubricant on the suctions, and they stuck right on and stayed on – this was very helpful especially on the curved top of the tub where without the silicone lube the suctions would slip off a dry curved surface. I also installed a plug in the 1” hole to prevent bugs from coming in when not using the bathtub (Silicone Plug Size 24mm / .94” ID x 32mm / 1.26” OD) – you can order these plugs in 2+ packages and they are cheap and called sink spillover caps. You can quickly remove the plug for the emergency overflow if you are deep filling the tub. I put the hole / plug on the bottom but for most people you want the hole oriented towards the top. My hole is oriented to the bottom as I do not need the deep fill I just want to keep the bugs out and did not want the plug to be visible on the top. Given I bought the clear deep fill cover you can hardly notice I have it installed in the bathrooms. I had searched high & low to find something to stop bugs from entering from the bathtub overflow drain and this was the only solution I could come up with. There were bug blocking plugs for every drain except for the Bathtub overflow drain and that is why I am using this configuration to accomplish stopping bugs from entering through the overflow.

Works great! I bought this one to replace one I have had for 10+ years and was a bit sceptical that a new one would work but it does and even better! the suction cups keep it in place so I can have a nice and safe bath. Might buy a third as a back up.

While I appreciate that my tub has a safety overfill feature to ensure my bubble bath water doesn't spill out of the tub, the safety overfill is too conservative in that it is placed so low that it means that the bath water level is, at maximum, 3-inches from the top of the tub rim. So unless you have a super deep tub (or you are a tiny person [read: not a regular-sized adult!], baths are far from luxurious "soakings". This product works amazingly well to allow you another 2-inches of bubble bath depth. This seems small, but for those who enjoy long, luxurious baths, this extra depth of water makes a significant difference to the enjoyment of the bath. Also, it is frustrating paying for really nice bath salts and other bubble bath products only to have that money literally flushed down the drain prematurely by the ultra-low safety overfill drain. My only regret is not discovering this product until now! Great purchase that feels durable enough to likely last a long time.

Es hat einen eignen Überlauf in Form eines Lochs an einer Seite, das je nach Vorliebe platzierbar ist. Seit wir dieses Cover haben, macht Baden noch mehr Spaß. Das Wasser ist etwa 5-8cm höher als sonst, und man kann sich rundum aufwärmen und entspannen. Vor allem, wenn man Nacken- oder Rückenschmerzen hat, die mehr Wärme benötigen, ist das Cover sehr hilfreich.
