It really works!
I have now bought several of these to leave around the house, and always carry one in my handbag. They definitely help ease symptoms of a migraine or bad headache.

It is better used straight out of the fridge
I have been using this for years, it does not cure a migraine but certainly helps relieve some of the severity of pain from them.It is better used straight out of the fridge., cooling the forehead.
