As many reviewers recommended, I ordered a size larger. (I'm 5'6", 160 lbs and ordered XL.) Out of curiosity I measured them before and after laundering to see the amount of shrinkage. I washed in cold water and dried in a hot drier. The top: before laundering 25" wide, 32" long; after washing 23.5" wide, 31" long. The bottoms: before laundering 27" wide, inseam 30" long; after washing 25" wide, 28" long. So they lost 1 to 2 inches. They fit fine for pajamas.They pilled a bit in the wash. I recently bought an $80 pair of jammies from another company; the flannel is thicker and softer, did not shrink at all in the wash, and did not pill. Also, the more expensive pajama pants have a pocket. However, I think these Global Comfy Pajamas are good enough.

I bought a large (though a medium would have been fine) just in case they shrunk they would still be roomy.I have washed them 2x and air dried them and there is no shrinkage. I received PJ Savage pajama set as a gift. Looked into buying myself another pair and they are $80 an up! Both Pajama's are made in China and these are just as soft. Might as well spend half the money for the same type of PJ.

I have very strict expectations, and these pajamas met them all. Comfortable warm flannel material, beautiful color and pattern, the size is exactly right, it has a regular collar, it buttons down the front, has long sleeves and legs, and pockets on the top. I read some complaints on what happened in washing them, but I washed on cold/cold, and dried on permanent press, and there was no shrinking or fading/running of colors. I was very satisfied!

I have been looking a long time for a truly cozy, comfy flannel pajama, and these do it! Brings me back to 10-years-old. I like loose pajamas, so I order a size up and they are perfect (my size is medium but for pajamas I order large). These are so comfortable and very well-made, nice detailing. They wash well but to be safe I air-dry them to prevent gradual shrinkage. Will definitely order again.

Granted I have not washed this set yet but it seems it will not shrink to much should I shake it out and hang it up after washing it. I pulled it out of the package, held it up to my arms and legs and am HAPPY with the length of the sleeves and pant legs. They were longer than my arms and legs. My arms and legs seem to be long though I am not a very tall woman and flannel pajamas always shrink up in these areas and I get stuck with pj’s that no longer fit or keep my ankles or wrists covered. I chose the in between the “fit as expected and too large” not because the waist is too large but because of the cut of the length of the pj’s- I LOVE THE LENGTH! So far I am pleased with this product.

The fabric is good quality and the pajamas are well made. And the leopard print is very cute. I ordered extra large because of cotton shrinkage, but they don’t seem to have shrunk much. I think one can order one’s normal size withou concern for shrinkage

I love the colors and style, but, after a single washing, I noticed the (rather thin flannel) fabric was starting to pill, and wondered how bad that might get over time. I'll see. But, in the meanwhile, they're pretty.

These flannel pjs fit nicely. The fabric is a thick flannel -- not the thinner flannel you see in some pjs. Comfortable waist. Would purchase from this company again.
