Remarkably useful PLA with cool translucent effects
arrives Packaged in a plastic bag with descant packets. The bag was NOT 'evacuated', but the filament was fine. This translucent purple filament prints well, and gives a very unique effect in the print. In addition to being partly transparent, it also ends up with metallic 'flake' appearance due to the way the light hits the layers. I found that it prints best when hot (220c / 60c on the bed), I use .12 and .24 layer thicknesses typically. The filament prints moderately string-free at these temps and layer adhesion has been excellent. If you have an ENDER 3 or similar printer, use the small 'wheels' on the spool to keep it centered on your spool holder. My only complaint is that the filament has a slight odor when printing, something that other PLA has NOT had. It isn't bad or 'toxic' smelling, but it is detectable in the room.

Don’t waste your time....
Filament very brittle. Bag it came in wasn’t vacuum sealed effectively. Could see some bubble in the Pla with first extrusion. First print was alright after I upped the bed temp as it didn’t want to adhere. Second print and every attempt after that has been frustrating. Filament keeps breaking mid-print. I even put the filament in a drying cabinet to take out any moisture. As I’m typing this I just heard the filament break again and my printer stop. I’m in the middle of feeding an infant so I can’t jump up and fix it. The print was an hour in. By the time I can get to it I may or may not be able to resume the print. I’m ready to throw this filament in the trash. I won’t buy this brand again.

Not Translucent, and a little harder to print then other PLA filaments I have used.
Received in a bag and no box. I was okay with that, but it did not appear to be sealed (vacuum packed). A nice color of yellow, but not "translucent". I was also very hard to print, and took hours to get things right with temps and speeds. Usually I do not have to worry about adjusting speeds when switching between different PLA filaments, but I had to slow this one down big time on the first layer. After that I was good. Anyone having sticking issues reduce that first layer speed on this filament. If you play with this filament long enough you can probably get it to work, but not sure it was worth the hassle. I will probably stick with the Inland at my local store. It prints better and costs less (Although colors are not that vibrant). I still have a "translucent" red to try of the WYZworks. Lets hope it does a little better.

... print project requested by a friend to match his favorite football team
I ordered this in for a print project requested by a friend to match his favorite football team. It is color correct for the Oregon Beavers.lol Have run initial calibration tests, and it prints as it should. I like the fact that A. Rather than being loosely placed in the holes. the end of the filament has been bent at 90 degrees to lock the end in place. Also the is a section of filament strung between both sides to keep it from unraveling when the end piece is loose, and the spool has removable caps for larger diameter spool holders. The printer that I am using for my print projects is a Printrbot Simple Metal with settings at 210 and 40. For PLA on a Kapton surface.

So far So good!
I was a little concerned when the filament seemed brittle when I was first opening the package but decided to give it a go anyway because I had a project I needed to complete. Well I am very happy with the print quality and 200c is perfect temp so far and didn't need a heated print bed. This is now one of the brands that are on my must buy from list keep up the good work with this product.

More Opaque than Translucent
Item came well sealed in a thick bag with two desiccant bags. Material printed well on my Delta.Filament looks 'tiger striped' with areas of clear mixed with purple through length of spool NOT the only company or filament I've seen like this.I would say it's much closer to 'opaque' than translucent. Shade is nice though.It's...ok (3 star)....but since a good purple is hard to find this (barely) reaches a 4 star.

Smoothest print yet on my default Kobayashi Fidget Cube test.
I had accidentally ordered this filament looking for a light brown plastic as I already had a wood spool. I thought I would give this a go as it was already in my house. I'm glad I did. My original wood filament was always stringing and showed layering fairly badly. I printed my test Kobayashi Fidget Cube and it was the smoothest print I have had to date. I'm putting this company at the top of my filament list. I just wish that they would include a resealable bag ad part of the deal.

No problems - good adhesion
I've gone through almost my entire spool and not hit any problems. It needs about 5 extra degrees over other PLA (210/205 on my Ender 3) and it's slightly transparent compared to other colors - but not so much that you can see through it unless there is a light behind it. Would be a good choice for something that was supposed to be lit up by an tiny LED.
