I bake a lot of items for other people, so I ordered these up with the idea of creating an oversized blueberry muffin. I like the size, at about 5 inches, it's a little more than twice a regular muffin paper, and allows for more of the top that everyone loves. Their quality is good, and they look great. They are strong enough to hold up on their own while baking without additional support. My only dislike is the cost, which pencils out to almost $5.50 each, so it's hard to justify that expense.

I picked up the Geborilma Medium Panettone Paper Molds for holiday baking, and overall, I am pleased with how my loaves turned out. They are definitely well-made paper molds, though the price point feels a bit high for a 3-pack. Great Quality & Structure: The corrugated base and sturdy walls hold their shape exceptionally well under heavy dough. Unlike cheaper paper molds that bulge outward during rising or baking, these maintained a clean, round shape. Bakes Evenly: The micro-perforations help release moisture properly so the bread bakes evenly without getting soggy on the bottom. My panettone released cleanly when sliced without tearing the paper aggressively. Nice Presentation: The classic beige/brown design gives your home-baked gifts a professional bakery look right out of the oven. Price Consideration: My only real gripe is the price per unit. Getting only three molds in a pack feels a little steep compared to other options on the market. If you only bake panettone once or twice a year and want reliable, high-quality molds without buying a huge bulk set, these are a great option—just be prepared to pay a small premium for the smaller quantity!

The 6 Panettone Papers I ordered arrived in a sturdy box wrapped in a large piece of white tissue, both of which will be excellent for storage until the holidays when I’ll be baking. The papers have a slight bend but I’m sure that will straighten itself out when the dough is added. These papers are exactly the size stated in the description, and nice looking. If you look closely there are pretty gold flowers printed over the brown pattern. The walls are a sturdy parchment material, and it doesn’t show up in the photos but the sides have tiny bumps on a 1/4” grid on the inside. They don’t pierce the walls, so it won’t be leaky. The bottom is a firm corrugated paper with a layer of parchment inside and 2 rings of ventilation holes. All the seams are well secured with a good sized overlap. I’m sure I’ll be setting these on a tray when I’m baking, they’re sturdy but not as strong as an actual loaf pan. Included in the box is a card with a recipe, which I thought was great, but it’s for the next larger size papers. I really wish it were for these Medium papers. I’ll have to do some research to get the right recipe. We love Panettone and I want to do it right. I’m looking forward to using these for holiday baking!

These panettone molds are very good and durable. I had never made my own panettone before, since I usually buy them in stores during the holiday season. They came with a recipe card, so I decided to give it a try. I made one with mini chocolate chips and another with dried cranberries and blueberries, and both came out great. The molds held their shape nicely and worked very well for baking. My only real complaint is the price. They are very, very expensive for just three paper molds. Similar panettone molds can be found for half the price, and sometimes even less. So while I am very pleased with how well they worked, I think the price is much too high.

I’ve made homemade bread and cakes before, but I’ll admit I wasn’t thrilled about adding another pan to my already crowded kitchen cabinets. These paper panettone molds were a much better solution than I expected! I baked right in the mold, and the whole process was surprisingly easy. No metal pan to grease, no wrestling with trying to get the finished bread out, and cleanup was basically nonexistent. 🙌 I really like the size too. The medium molds are a good size for making a nice panettone or similar bread without ending up with something enormous. Once it was baked, I could actually serve it right in the paper and slice it without having to transfer it to another pan or plate. The molds held their shape well while baking and didn’t leak or fall apart on me. I also appreciated that they arrived nicely packaged instead of showing up looking like someone sat on the box. 😂 These would be especially fun around the holidays for making homemade panettone to give to family or friends. There’s something extra nice about handing someone a homemade treat that looks like you put way more effort into it than you actually did! Definitely a convenient option for baking, gifting, and avoiding a sink full of dishes afterward.
