Daewoo QT1R Compact Manual Control Microwave Oven, 600 W, 14 Litre, White

Amazon regretfully sent me the wrong microwave, this one is heavily dented on the side, but you know what; I'm going to keep it. Now here's my review.The microwave is one of the simplest designs with just an analogue timer and power control. It's great for out and about when you are running from a leisure battery pack and inverter. This unit has zero standby power utilisation where a digital device might use 15 watts just for the clock.The microwave is small, big plates won't fit, but a smaller plate, bowl or mug fits just fine. At the minute I am using it at home and I can say smaller is better. Despite Amazon sending me the damaged warehouse microwave, this little unit is awesomely simple.

This a small, neat and compact micro which was purchased for use in a caravan where it has to be placed in a confined space. So far there have been no problems and bearing in mind it is low powered has worked perfectly and produced good results. In a domestic environment pink might not to be everyone's liking!

We've had this for about 5 months now. Yes, the actual controls/heat settings aren't great. I mean you set it to a lower heat and it still sizzles away like you put it on full power...But we hardly use it, just to briefly warm something or cook a rice bag. The big bonus is the colour and size. We have gloss white kitchen units (not our choice) and a very small open plan kitchen/living. Wanted something which would blend in, without all the buttons and displays etc and this does that. Its less tall and broad too. If you have a large family and using a microwave constantly then this probably isn't for you.

Bought for our VW camper van. Compact size but a normal sized dinner plate fits in well. Works well and I don't need to cook anything for a longer time. I've had no problems at all on any camp sites , even those on 16 amp. Would highly recommend. A great buy.

Bought for my camper van. Have used it on 16amp and 10amp campsites with no issues. It is compact so the internal height is quite low but I have bought a 2L Pyrex dish that fits well and keep this in the microwave. No problem for ready meals. I wish I purchased this when I camped in a tent (using my tent electric hookup through window as camper is not fully kitted out yet) as it has made mealtimes so much easier. A lot cheaper than an official caravan microwave.

Got it yesterday, arrive quick. Cute, lovely pink color. suitable for a tiny kitchen like mine. do its job. But the tub of soup from Asda was too tall so I have to pour it out into a bowl to put into it. I am happy with the purchase.

This is a really cute and compact microwave which we bought for our caravan. It looks well made but is a bit tinny and rattley in use. The controls, although simple, are OK apart from the timer, it’s very imprecise for timings of less than a few minutes. It’s a mechanical type timer which does not consistently return to zero. Sometimes, setting the timer to one minute gives you about ten seconds. Probably fine for ten minutes or more, but for warming up drinks or small snack items, it’s a bit hit or miss.

Very happy with it. Works well.
