BUT, it offers much more than THAT! You Amazon customers are educating me on so many products. Thank you. I've been taking the biotin for less than a week. I'm hoping that because it has no fillers or additives that it will work for me. It dissolves very well in water and basically tasteless. I had no idea that biotin was/is essential to your body's well-being, not JUST a hair thing. I haven't noticed any breakouts of acne, which is excellent. I will update this review in a couple of months just to be sure of it's properties. One more thing, in taking biotin, make sure to drink your 8 glasses of water, if not more.
