This was a replacement of the same item from the same company.same company. Both of my dogs loved this toy, and after several months when the tug portion started tearing, I took it apart and they've continued playing with the ball that's inside. (even though they probably half a half dozen balls they both seem to favor this one) SO, I replaced it with a new one. Within ten minutes the ball inside collapsed and stayed that way. Within a week the fabric started shredding, and I was finding long green strings everywhere. I thought I might be able to salvage the ball so they'd have two of their favorites. Upon taking it apart, the ball is completely different and lower quality than what they had used previously, and every time they grabbed it, it would collapse again.. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was a total waste of $.

Mu dog is a prolific chewer with very strong jaws. He's never been able to have a squeaker toy for longer than 15 minutes until this one. The first lasted a month...with some major repair to the body. The second one lasted more than two months because I made it a whole new body before he was able to chew the ball squeaker to pieces.The last 2 I have purchased lasted a total of about 10 minutes. One was broken 2 minutes into play because the squeaker dropped into the inside ball. I took the toy apart and tried to repair it, but the hole was evidently too large for the squeaker to begin with and even with super glue wouldnt stay in place.The most recent one ripped instantly when my dog tugged on the other side...so maybe a minute out of the box. I took the skin off and made it a new one. Then THAT squeaker dropped into the ball within minutes.I'm done and my dog is depressed.

Our dog loved these, before. Now, they’re just junk. I bought a small one, and it arrived with the ball insert broken. They replaced it, and that insert broke within minutes. I tried once again, and bought this large (blue) one with hopes it might be more sturdy. Nope... within an hour, the center ball, the squeaky part, was deflated and broken. This company used to make a quality dog toy, and our dog played with the ball insert long after the rest of the toy gave out. For this amount of money, I’d like a toy to last longer than hour.

I recently stumbled upon the Jolly Pet squeaky toy line by Jolly Pets at a local pet store, but sadly they only had a small selection and I have not been able to find any more locally. However, I can always count on Amazon when I want to find things! My puppy likes to tug, but will shred and eat anything made with a rope. Since I do not want a large vet bill, I am avoiding anything that looks like he can tear it up into pieces he can swallow. This toy looked like it would fit the bill, so I decided to try it out. Glad I did! The ball in the middle has multiple squeakers, so he can amuse himself by squeaking if he wants to. The squeaking also adds a little fun while we are playing tug. The tug sides are reinforced with a hefty rope so he can’t just rip off while we are playing. My dog can get rough while playing tug, but this toy has survived both the pulling in opposite directions and his teeth. My puppy weighs about 35 pounds and has all of his adult teeth.

The Jolly tug is my dog's favorite toy. The stitching of the fabric could use improvement. A double stitch would probably improve longevity of the toy. As it is right now the toy is ripped up within a few days to a week. But he still continues to play with it, until it is so bad I have to throw it away. It is certainly not cheep at $16.00. However, he enjoys it so much I figure it is worth the money once a month. (I have tried to stitch it on my sewing machine prior to giving it to him and it did last almost a month)

My dogs LOVE this toy. I have a 12 yr. old, 90 lb.Lab/Border Collie/Shep mix and a 2 yr. old, 50 lb. Border Collie/Aussie. My guy and gal love squeaking the ball by chomping on it or by pulling with a tug-a-war game (which also causes the toy to squeak). I admit these don't last super long because of all the rough play and the constant pulling and tugging on them. They are made of nice strong material and good stitching but no toy could handle the play these go through. Once these do get torn apart, you are still left with a decent squeak ball that can be played with over and over. They are definitely well worth the price and do last a decent amount of time, so I just buy two at a time. I have tried getting the extra large size but the dogs seem to prefer this large size. Whether it is tug-a-war, fetch or just making the squeak noise for the fun of it while running around, this toy is a total joy for my pals and I will continue to purchase replacements for them when necessary. These come in various sizes and would make great gifts for your doggie friends.

My golden retriever is hard on his toys, so these never last too long, but he LOVES Jolly Tugs. Not sure if it's because it squeaks when pulled, or if it's the unique squeaker sound, but whatever it is, it's a hit! Occasionally I find seasonal/holiday Jolly Tugs in TJMaxx/Home Goods -- those are also great!

Our dog loved these toys and would play with the inner ball long after the materials wore out. That is no longer the case. The new ball insert is very weak, and our first arrived already deflated. They gladly sent us a new one, and that ball deflated within an hour. We are very disappointed in the new ball inserts; they make the toy worthless.

Jetzt musste ein neues her.... Die Qualität völlig enttäuschend, das Quietschi billiges Plastik, nach 10 Minuten bereits kaputt...

I had previously purchased this produce through a store, it was great and my dog loves it but she has worn it out. I didn't know what size the previous ones were, so I guessed and purchased a medium. The medium is for a toy dog, she plays with it but not the way she did with her previous one. I purchased an XL which is huge, more for a large mouthed breed, my dog is Belgian Malinois/Rotti X 60 lbs. She plays with it but not aggressively as she can't get her mouth around it. Now I've tried the large. The large isn't much bigger then the medium and the squeaker didn't work. I sent it back and reordered 2 more larges thinking the wrong size was shipped. The new shipment was exactly the same, not much bigger than the medium plus both squeakers didn't work. The squeak was so off, my dog ran and hid from it and my cat would attack the dog or whom ever was using the squeaker. This does not happen with the XL or medium as they have normal squeakers. I don't know why they changed the large to be so small and what you're doing with the squeakers, but I'm very disappointed in the quality and sizing of the large.

This toy didn't even make to 5mins had to let go or it would of ripped all the way through, waste of money...very disappointed for a Jelly Pets brand if you ask me

I bought one of these in December and till just recently lost its squeaker. I purchased three of these last month. They didn’t even last an hour. I have a large dog but I thought they would last like the other one. I returned all three of them as they were flattened and lost their squeaking.

I usually love Jolly toys but this one just did not stand up. My dog loved this toy but the fabric ripped in less than 1 hour of use. I had to take it away from her and send back for a refund.
