I've owned this Aqua Pro for a couple months now, and that should be sufficient time for me to write a review.First of all, I too purchased this with skepticism based off other reviewers. It is a cheap build, but if you take care of it the right way, then it should last you no problem. I always carry mine, not from the handle (where it could easily break), but from the bottom of the vacuum to support it.I have cleaned 5 cars with it and it always puts a smile on my face seeing that dirt getting sucked up. The only thing I wish this vacuum had was a bigger tank reservoir, because you will be doing at least 3-4 water changes per vehicle depending on the condition.Overall, I am pleased with this product, and it holds its value in my view. Just take care of it (baby it) and you should be fine.

A full 5 stars. Yes it has a plastic lid and some plastic parts but it’s the alternative for spending thousands on commercial extractors. Nevertheless if you take care of it you shouldn’t have an issue. The owner was very timely and professional when helping with any questions. The vac it self does the job without fail every time. Look no further for a vac!

I was impressed by the design and construction of this unit, but is too large and heavy to store in a house like mine. The unit looks very professional. I do not recommend the Mc Cullogh steam vac because it doesn't suction the vapor it injects . But this unit I do recommend if you don't mind the size and the weight. The unit comes with a long stainless steel tube to work upright. Great !Shortly after I contacted Amazon, regarding the return of the product, I received a call from Bryan Watson, who worked for the company that sold me the unit. He was very polite and he did not object to receive back the vacuum . Bryan scheduled to have FedEx pick up the vacuum. Nice !

I purchased this machine last year. I called the company also sent email through there site.buttons are stuck, so I've dealt with it. Than the hose separated from the sleeve , water shoots out of the hand held attachmentthe yellow button broke 4 months ago. I was just going to call it quits, I decided 2 weeks ago to purchase the hose 79.00the yellow button 8.99 and the small attachement... Guess what No order, no email, no nothing. No one picks up at customer service ever.This machine and the customer service should be embarrassed..... I left a phone message today, another email and now this review.This is the first negative review I have ever done....

After spending thousands of dollars on commercial automotive extractors,this machine is the answer to many tasks.Being able to take it anywhere and capable to perform like the big ones!Keep in mind that space in cars is very limited.You only clean-spot few areas.As long as you maintain the machine "clean" and not use any A.P. abrasive cleaners,YOU ARE IN THE MONEY!G R E A T little MACHINE!

This is a great extractor. Does is really good job. I have used it on 4 interiors and it has had tremendous success on cleaning seats and carpet. It's very well made and I think it will hold up great over time.

Bout this carpet cleaning to use for my detailing company. Works fine for the carpet cleaning aspect but shortly after purchased the lid cracked where one of the latches are which means I'm not able to secure one side when using

Not impressed. I was looking for a high quality hot water extractor for spot cleaning the carpets in my home and was willing to pay a premium over the price of a Bissel spot bot.First, the latches on the side are cheap and do not lock securely--they easily come unlatched with a minor bump, thereby leaving the lid unsecured which is important to keep sealed to maintain vacuum pressure, keep the tanks from splashing, and to lift the tank by the handle.Next, the sprayer is cheap and flimsy, and does not spray very powerfully. I was using hot water in the 160-180 degree range and the rubber tubing expanded greatly from the heat, sagged, and appeared to spray less effectively with the high temp water.Third the plastic connector from the hose to the attachments is very cheap feeling and does not lock securely...it is a friction fit, and doesn't appear that it will last.Fourth, there is not 15ft of hose as described. The hose is maybe closer to 8ft, and if you stretch it out and have the steel extensions and floor wand attached, then you may get 12+ feet of total reach.From a cleaning performance standpoint, it does ok. It took me several passes to get the job done--don't expect it to perform miracles. My carpets were mostly dry within about 8 hrs, and maybe 12 hrs to fully dry. If it were less than half the price I paid, then I would be content with a little better than average performance. At almost 500 dollars, I feel that it is a scam.
