For the price, you can't beat this item. My member is 5.5" long by about 1.5" wide, and this fits me fine, nice and tight. I'm sure it would accommodate somewhat larger, up to a point. As others have said, if you roll it up like a condom and put in on while you are dry, it will stay put no matter how strenuous you get. I bought it but my wife wasn't too into it at the time so I left it in the closet "toy" box. Opened the toy box after few month to find that it has melted onto another rubber toy kind of like some erasers melt onto a plastic things over time. I had to throw it away without being able to use it once. I don't know if there is a way to keep it from melting since I didn't see any directions but it's a shame. Ok. Got it for some fun thinking it would add some different sensation for the lady. Obviously for the guy wearing this you're not going to feel much...ok let's be honest.
