I Used them less then a 1 year.. it will crack on the hinge where the cup is connected to the band, Plus when I use volume while it makes crackling noise and the worst part is Steel Series does not support Indian customers, after spending 25k on these headsets at-least we derisive customer support from the company if you cant give us a customer support to Indian customer so please stop selling your Highly Price products in INDIA.

It is made to hear footsteps and has good audio and dac. Only con is the wiring, it always tangles up and needs to be fixed constantly.

It's a good product ofc but I think it's a bit overpriced.

Just ask any user who has used it for more then 1 year.. it will crack on the hinge where the cup is connected to the band... huge customer consumer case is currently being filed because steelseries are refusing to do the RMA for this product..

You have to plug these into a computer and update the software first, but other than that, these are amazing! It's definitely on the heavier side, but the way the headband is designed makes it feel weightless. The mic sounds incredibly clear! I've had online friends tell me my voice sounded more clear and defined than other headsets I've used. Making longer gaming sessions more attainable and enjoyable. Yeah, the price is a bit steep, but if you take gaming seriously, these are the ones for you! Comfort 10/10: Let me honestly say that this is the most comfortable headset I have ever worn in my entire life. It doesn’t hurt your ears or anything when putting them on. The very soft leather material they use on the Ear Cups is the best I have felt. Durability 10/10: Now, you may think it looks like very cheap plastic. I’m going to let you know that it’s not. They use a very strong plastic & what makes this even better is the solid reinforced steel they use on the headband, which makes it very durable and flexible. This doesn’t mean you can throw your headset because it’s that durable. As with every other gaming headset, take them off gently and place them down gently to avoid any damage. Overall you don’t have to worry about this breaking on you, unlike that cheap plastic that Turtle Beach uses. If I can compare it to another headset in terms of durability, it would be Astros. It’s that good. Sound 10/10: ye Boy, let me say. When I first hooked these up, I was SHOCKINGLY stunned by how loud these were. It was to the point I legit had to turn them down a notch because it was that loud. You get your bass, Low, Mids & Highs. You have perfect directional sounds to hear enemy footsteps from behind, front, left & right perfectly well, and you can also tell whether they’re up top or at the bottom. Overall the Sound Quality is top tier, so don’t listen to the reviews of ppl saying it’s bad Noise Cancellation 10/10: Steelseries definitely nailed it on this one. When you put this on, you can barely hear anything in the background. There were times I had to take these off actually to listen to what they’re saying. Probably one of the best I have seen if you ask me. Mic Monitoring 10/10: Now, let me get this straight. Ppl said the mic was terrible, but they’re wrong. Let me tell you that this Mic sounds very crisp and clear. As far as I stated before, with the noise cancellation ppl can barely hear anything in your background with this mic. You can also use the Steelseries EQ Engine to adjust any of these features above to your liking, whether you want to tweak the sounds or the mic etc., so that’s for Steelseries.

Sound quality is great and headphones look nice with RGB. GameDAC is also excellent. However, build quality is very poor-the earcups startes breaking from the hinges after a year of use. The headphones were well taken care of, never fell down, etc, but it seems to be a fault of poor quality materials/manufacturing processes. The 3rd party seller also ignored requesta to honor the warranty.

Los compré para mi PS4 Pro, los estoy conectando directamente a la salida de audio óptico de la consola. Antes de hacer nada es recomendable actualizarlos, para lo que necesitarás acceso a una computadora e internet para descargar el software Pros: - El audio es muy bueno! es fácil ubicar la posición de los enemigos dependiendo del sonido - Son muy cómodos. Los he usado por varias horas a la vez sin ningún tipo de cansancio - El ecualizador puede ser un game changer Contras: - Los audífonos son de una entrada similar al USB-mini de 4 pines, pero no estoy seguro de que sea ese cable. Pero si se daña el cable habría que comprar un repuesto especial. No vale cualquier cable de audio - El cable de los audífonos como tal es un tanto corto. Tendrás que colocar el game DAC cerca de ti - Los audífonos tienen un slider en la orejera izquierda para subir o bajar el volumen. El problema es la ubicación, pues cada que me ajusto los audífonos acabo subiendo o bajando el sonido involuntariamente

Doesn’t really work properly. Can only get sound out of the chat output, the game output doesn’t work at all - and so the headsets best feature (the game sound / chat sound mixer) is completely wasted.

I do actually like SteelSeries in general but, if i am being hones the price is little bit high. I bought this one when it had a discount. ( SAR 648.93 = $173 ) - Headset & The Box: It is an actual headset for professional users, amazing sound quality, comfy, with decent noise cancelation, including several cables for PC/PS4/Mobile ( not sure if it's compatible with PS5 ). Decent microphone with an included windscreen in the box. You can remove the outer ear cup thing .. not sure why would you do so "it looks kinda ugly" - Game DAC: The ability to change the whole volume using the game DAC even though you can with the SteelSeries Arctis 9! Using is it to switch between the 7.1 and the normal sound too. Also, like the SteelSeries Arctis 9 you can control the volume between games and chat using the game DAC even though it was in the SteelSeries Arctis 9 left ear side. You can change stuff using the game DAC: audio "EQ and microphone level", input, output, the DAC display, headset illumination. - Worth bying? To be honest yes if you don't have a SteelSeries headset BUT, if there is a good discount on this one YES if not buy the SteelSeries Arctis 9. both are kinda the same. the game DAC is a good thing if you're a geeky guy like me so .. you'll be the judge.

Ottime cuffie da gaming con mixer. I suoni sono anche fin troppo realistici. Il microfono ha una qualità eccezionale. Inoltre esteticamente sono bellissime. Prese da amazon warehouse a circa 120€ e nonostante la descrizione segnalava dei graffi le cuffie sono prive di essi. Tuttavia al prezzo di listino di ben 260€ non mi sento di consigliarle.
