The chair cover hooks over the head rest and sits nicely on the seat, it saves wear and tear when taking our baby car seat in and out of the car. The mirror has two adjustable straps that clip around the head rest and it can be adjusted to face towards the baby so you can see them in your rear-view mirror (they can also see themselves).
