Liked the product's appearance. Well packaged for shipping. Directions were well written and easy to follow. Parts were well packaged, clearly labeled and spares were included. SO what's the problem? I ordered 3 boxes for a total of 6 chairs. First 2 boxes went together perfectly BUT the 2 chairs in the last box had the anchors for the seat bolts slightly misaligned which made it almost impossible to attach the seats. Spent more time trying to attach seats on these 2 chairs then entire assembly of previous 4 chairs. Very frustrating when I knew how easily they can be assembled. Otherwise it would have been an easy rating of 5.

Awesome chairs and so comfortable. After sitting on our other chairs for 18 years that were basically falling apart, once I sit on these, it was pure comfort. The cushioning on both the seat and the back makes me enjoy sitting in them for a longer period of time if I have to. They’re also very easy to put together and once you get a couple down the rest of them take far or less time. Also, I love the pattern on it. It’s neutral with a slight pop of color.

Was quite surprised at the strength of chairs & overall cushions. Take the time to level them properly thats the only thing you need to spend a little time on.

The delivery time was speedy, the quality excellent and the chairs are exactly as advertised. I love them!

I rarely do reviews but these chairs are beautiful and putting them together is a breeze, however one of the 6 was broken and then came with a terrible smell. I have reached out to Colamy three times and waiting on a response for them to rectify the broken chair situation. It’s been weekend, so maybe support doesn’t respond on the weekend. I will update my review once I hear back from them.
