This was as I expected for maltodextrin. It's fine. What I did not like was the bag, which was a real pain at this size. It just kept ripping and made for messy spooning or pouring.

Love the product - I use it to make my own sports gels and drinks. Mixes well and no gut issues. I gave it one less star for packaging. The opening is small for scooping it out. If you have a long scoop or spoon it works, but it's a pain with a standard scoop.
