I am pleased with my order, delivered on time. Price was rather high in my opinion but seems to be the same quality as our original remote. Did not come with charger or string to hang. Also, did not come with any directions to program to collars to the new remote, so I was very glad to still have my instruction manual from the electric fence/ corrector purchase to reference ... Otherwise I'd be screwed!!!***Incase you're that person who doesn't have the manual:1) Press the letter you want your collar to be programmed to, "a,b, or c".2) Press and hold the button down on the collar you're programming ; at the same time, press the "T" on the remote one time. The green light on the collar will start to flash and then you can release holding down the button on the collar.3) Adjust the settings you'd like to be set on that specific color through the remote, then push "T" to test the collar is synchronized.
