Durable fast charging efficient and overall good product
I am writing this review after using it for 8 months a very good product its original efficient and charges the phone faster then the charger we can cahrge the phone 5 times once powerbank is full'ly charged use the cabel given with the powerbank for better result

Charging and discharging is not doing properly. I am unable to use it. Please guide me how to utilise it. Size is also big, unsuitable to carry.Not met to my expectations and requirements.

Had to return the product within a week
My review after using the product for a week is as below:1) Lookwise it was good2) Weight wise it was not very bulky3) Performance wise (the most important thing though), it was a disaster. The product was not even charging my phone of 4000mAH battery twice. There was also problem with the LED.

First impression.
Received the power bank yesterday. Immediately I examined the product to ascertain it's original or not as I saw in some reviews that duplicate was delivered , but this one is original and quality is excellent. Now I'll tell my observations.1. I opted for white colour and the product is exactly as was stated in the ad. Quality is excellent.2. Indicator lights are very bright. There are four lights in all. If it has 💯/💯 charge all four would be illuminated.3. My power bank was delivered only fifty percent charge. I am using Moto g5 s plus smartphone. I connected the power bank to the mobile recharger. it took 5hrs. to completely recharge the power bank4. I connected two Moto g5 s plus mobiles that are with 18% charge. it took 1hr and 10min to fully recharging them both.5. This is a palm size power bank and not too heavy.That's all about it. one cannot come to a conclusion by merely using it for one day but it's quality and recharging performing are very impressive. Lastly one suggestion. Buy a Saco pouch for this. It would be very convenient to take the power bank as well as mobile along with us . I'm giving four stars instead of five since it's working is to be observed for atleast for a few months. Thanks for reading.

Power bank charging does not get completed.
Even after keeping the power bank for charging for 24 hours, the charging does not end, and the fourth step light keeps blinking. So its not getting charged fully. I guess the inside batteries may be from old stock with expired life. May be the reason for heavy discount.Initiated return of the product.

Bought this product from Cloudtail India during one of the Amazon sales.What comes in the box:10400mAh Powerbank, Charging cable, instruction manual.Charging:I have an phone with a battery capacity of approx 3000 mAh and the power bank gives me about 2-2.5 charges... so seems like this particular piece has 30% less capacity than the 10400 mAh.Size & Weight:I have to say that this product is larger than i thought it would be when i bought it. It is about 5.5 inches long - which is about the size of a pen, 2 inches tall and 1 inch high.This being said, it is pretty light and can easily be carried around in your bag but probably would not fit in your pocket.Overall, i think that for many people a battery pack with a single charge might be easier to carry around and do the trick of getting your phone through the entire day... but if you are constantly on the move or need the exrta capacity, this would be a great bet.

Dangerous and Unstable.
Stopped working after one day. Doesn't charge or recharge. Heated up, stayed warm. Frankly, I think it's dangerous and unstable. And I'd discarded the box so there goes my great Amazon guarantee.
