I wear 34 34 pants what size do I need?

I wear 30” waist and have a 32” inseam, 5’11” and 150 lbs. I bought size small under layer pants for a nice snug fit. When I bought them I had a 33” waist. After 3 days they loosen up in the crotch and upper legs. I have relatively skinny legs. For the base layer shirt I buy medium. The small is a nice tight fit but the arms are about an inch shorter than I like. The medium is snug fitting to slightly looser in places but fits my arm length. The mid weight (250) shirt is too hot in any temp over about 55 degrees especially with movement. Next time I’ll by the lite weight. The mid weight (250) pants are perfect at any temperature, though I run cold from the waist down. I never leave the house without them on

I find the mid weight to be a too hot for anything over 50-55 degrees, especially with movement, and I’m going to go for the lite weight next time in the shirt, but the mid weight (250) pants feel great in hot or cold weather.

I am 69.5 inches height and 235 pounds will XXL be too big?

Don't think So I'm 65 in 250 # and they fig Mr comfortably
