Great fun reference book!!

Bellissimo libro, spedizione rapida.Testo in lingua inglese.Organizzato in capitoli tematici nell'ultimo sono ripercorse tutte le marche citate dove ad una breve descrizione dei nomi e/o prodotti più significativi spesso è presente una stima delle macchine in dollari.

Fantastic resource. An encyclopedia for typewriter collectors, including their fascinating history.Two minor cavils: Many of the photos seem to be randomly placed throughout the book - they're often nowhere near their description. And (unavoidable in a book that was published in 1997), the estimated prices are out of date (although even here it will give you an idea of the relative values of different models).

It's about a different era of course but so interesting. A book that can be left on the shelf and read at those moments of nostalgia.

This book has a lot of useful information and pictures for the collector. I would highly recommend purchasing it.
