The fit was perfect for me (I'm a size 10 in clothes usually) and I like the adjustable neck strap, and also the fact that the waist ties are long enough (for me) to tie up at the front. With the customised text, it didn't occur to me to think how big this would be (it was quite large), so I didn't specify size of lettering. I don't know if this is an option though. Also, the lettering used is the type that over time will crack and probably peel off.
