Great but the edges after cutting poke a bit
great for full coverage of the braces but the hooks for elastics will still be exposed and the ends after cutting with scissors might poke when your teeth move and the guard is a little too big for your mouth..

Really really waste of money

Doesn’t fit on most brackets
Product does not fit on brackets that have hook for elastics. Fits on the front brackets, but that is essentially useless for most people who have braces.

Don’t buy it

Works, tugs a bit, lots of saliva, be patient
It works! I didn't heat it up but there is definitely a technique to it. It also collects saliva hella. I wouldn't go out in public with it, it's gross, but that at home relief is nice. It also makes you look like you have a mouth guard in. Lol. Please excuse my dry, sad lips 😭Slide the edge under the brackets nearest your gum line first then press it up and over the other side of the bracket. You have to press a little firmly and then hold to give it a second to mold around the bracket. It wasn't super comfortable to put on, so either live with it or wait until the teeth aches are gone before doing it.My bottom teeth are hella crooked but it worked there as well. I skipped one tooth which is twisted into and under another tooth, which is fine because it still protects my lips from it. Just work with your teeth and give it a chance to grab onto the bracket and settle before removing your fingers or it'll just pop right up.It made my teeth ache a bit after putting it on fully, like it was tugging on them, but it wore off within about 20 minutes as it settled.I also have huge gaps where my 2nd pre molars were removed which means I have long wires connecting my first molar and my 1st premolar. A pleasant surprise is that these slide right over those, too! No more slicing my cheek!

Save your money
The plastic isn't worth £22 pounds... It's literally like plastic pipe covers you can find for your tv to conceal your tv wire. It doesn't sit around brackets that aren't straight it's not flexible enough doesn't cover springs and puts tension on your brackets.... 😒 don't waste your money... Use wax...
