Nice, big roots. Clean. No need to cut bits off or scrub before using. Made a quart-size tincture that will last quite a while.Can't see giving these as a gift. I gave five stars for flavor, but that's not important with a tincture. Don't know how it'd taste when cooked.A little spendy, I think, but saves me the trouble of an 1.5 hour drive to buy them locally so I'm not complaining. Will definitely order again when I need more.
