Impressed me and my friends

Looks & Feels Nice But.... HAD STAINS AND SMUDGES
I received my case today & it was scratched and up & had white smudges on it. Is there any way I can get my money back or possibly a new case? I heard good things about the case, however was disappointed when I recieved my product smh!
