Do shift kits work with belt drive bikes ?

I suppose you could, I have seen no kit for it. But people make all kinds of things that don't come in kits.

Dude u will have your hands full with this kit don't waste your money

Is one side of the bottom bracket shaft threaded to hold the bearing retainers in place?

Threaded retainer cup. Not universal. Very difficult to align everything. Uses the threads from the choosen bikes bottom bracket

Does it fit motor with electric start and centrifuge clutch?

No an you will need some welding skill to really get this to work. There is an updated version that is much more user friendly.
