AMFIT Bars - Cookies and Cream 12 pack

These bars are lovely, tasty and the texture is more than acceptable, and good value for money. Prior warning however, these will definitely give you the runs, so eat after the gym, and make sure to vary with other protein sources throughout the week so you’re not aiming for the eye of a needle.

Not my favourite flavour. In my opinion, the Peanut is the best closely followed by the chocolate fudge and caramel and mint ones (no longer available?). As others have pointed out, it is not a good idea to consume more than one or two of these in a day as they can produce significant intenstinal discomfort. That said they are pretty tasty and do not contain vast quantities of net carbohydrate (polyols and fibre discounted) so are ideal for low carb diets.

I really like these and got them for a good price using subscribe and save. I got the cookies and cream flavour, the taste is good for protein bars. They are low in sugar and just shy of 20g protein. At 188 calories, you can't go wrong. Thumbs up from me.

Brilliant protein bars, especially for the price. Good flavour, a bit harder than expected but would not deter me from buying more.

I train a lot and have tried many protein bars over the years. £1 per bar is great value when getting 20g of protein so in that sense these are great - plus they taste great. All this goes out the window though if it makes you feel ill. My stomach can withstand a lot and I have no problem with most bars but these absolutely killed me whenever I ate more than 1 at a time if I was in a hurry. Bad gas, cramps, bloating - it just wasn't a good post workout feeling. Whenever I had just the one bar it didn't seem to be too much of an issue - but I still felt it more than most. My advice - there are a lot better bars out there for around the same price.... Give these a wideberth.

I really don't see why those bars don't have higher review score. We need to understand that whoever buys them wants to control calories and at the same time get enough protein, fiber. Everyone can make something extremely tasty when calories are not the issue. So for their nutritional profile I must say that they taste amazing. Less then 200 calories with 19.5g of protein and 8g of fiber is just perfect. I usually put them for 15 seconds in the microwave and they just destroy any craving I have for sweets. Regarding the toilet issues, I think any protein bar causes that and in fact any food high in fiber.

I was first bought 24 of the Blueberry and Yoghurt flavour by a panicking mother abroad who thought I'd die of starvation due to early Covid hoarding...... I read the reviews prior to eating so was fully prepared for the effects though did approach them with trepidation. 1) I'm using the Ergo rowing machine a hell of a lot more due to isolation so I'm enjoying one of these after one of my daily sessions. Ideal and for a protein bar not too expensive (though found the Blueberry and Yoghurt a bit rancid, Peanut and Cookies and Cream are nicer and I don't normally eat sweet stuff as a guide). 2) These may be helping me with a bit of muscle during social distancing but by god they are helping me maintain social distancing. Those reviews that pointed out the stupendous chuffs caused by these are not wrong. I'll be keeping on these daily until we get told we are allowed out again. Does cause some pretty good chuckles and great to get my own back on the dog. AmFart might be a better brand name.

Great price and taste! Not as good as grenade bars or PHD. But the value per bar and protein amount is amazing! My new fav bars.

Tres bonne, forte en protéine, fais le taff ! Prix niquel aussi car la plupart sont beaucoup plus cher !

Fazit: Überraschend guter Riegel, großartiger Geschmack (Cookies & Cream) bei einem sehr fairen Preis! Vorab, ich beziehe mich explizit auf den Riegel Cookies & Cream, da ich diesen nun bereits nachbestellt habe. + sehr gut verpackt, praktischer Karton, in dem man die Riegel gut lagern kann + guter Proteinanteil + sehr guter Geschmack, kleine oreo ähnliche Crisps oben im Riegel, schöner Schokogeschmack, passt gut zusammen und nicht so zäh wie viele Proteinriegel - leider ist der Barcode nur auf dem Karton, wer gern mit FDDB oder so trackt und den Barcodescanner nutzt, muss dann immer den Karton zur Hand haben, das geht besser. +/- recht viel Riegel mit 60g Geschmackssache Ich bin positiv von Amazon überrascht, mal wieder. Der Riegel ist zu diesem Preis wirklich top top! Kann man gern mal ausprobieren Liebe Amazon-Community, hat Dir diese Bewertung geholfen und gefallen? Lass gern einen Daumen hoch da, das freut mich immer! ;)

J'ai récemment essayé les barres protéinées Amfit Nutrition saveur Cookies & Cream, et je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surpris par leur goût. La combinaison de la couche de caramel saveur chocolat et de l'enrobage chocolat au lait offre une expérience gustative proche de celle d'une friandise, ce qui est rare pour une barre protéinée à faible teneur en sucre
