## Description

The new FitBar Pull Up Ball Grips are manufactured from a high-performance thermoplastic material that have a molded-in surface texture which provides good grip characteristics with outstanding durability. The grip surface includes a mesh pattern on the ball radius, a radial pattern at the ends of the ball, and an annular pattern at the center. The flat on the top increases the ability to get your fingers over the top of the ball for maximum hand grip engagement. The hook is attached to the molded ball via embedded fasteners for maximum security – the ball will not spin on the hook. The FitBar Pull Up Ball Grip hooks fits any 1 1/2” or smaller diameter bar. These are recommended for any fitness or obstacle application where you are using a Pull Up Ball Grip in each hand. For single arm dead hangs, hanging carabiner traverses, and other extreme activities, it is recommended to use chalk for maximum one-hand grip.

Been using these for a couple of months and they've been a solid addition to my home gym. I hand them off the pull up bar on my half rack and they're sturdy and have good enough texture to grip. They're an awesome addition to a home gym to add variety and help your grip strength.
