Most horrible tumble dryer. I advise you not to buy this product. It worked 2 months and since then technician of Samsung lives in my house. Presumably, they repaired it but now I have to run it for 2 or more longest cycles to dry few clothes. Take my advise find an other brand see American brand they are the best. I asked the customer services to come and take it away as it is taking space in my utility room for no reason while I am using radiators to dry my clothes when I spent almost 1000 pounds for a nine working dryer.

Always avoided dryers as my experience of them in various holiday homes was they were a waste of time. This one though is excellent and dries thoroughly.

Dreadful doesn’t dry clothes properly. Now has stopped working completely. Very disappointed
