These are the best blueberry muffins, hands down! The food service vendor at my office made these daily, and the steamy, hot, fresh muffins were like heaven to smell and taste. But we changed vendors. I got a small group together and ordered these. Instead of a muffin pan, I use a brownie tray, and bake them at 400 until the top looks brown and crispy. Bonus: they're shipped with dry ice, so you get to have fun with the kids!
