desertcart.co.jp: Logui Projects 1200 LB Magnet Fishing Kit with Case - 2 Fishing Magnets in 1 (Double Sided Magnet) - with Grappling Hook, Heavy Duty 65FT Rope, Gloves, Foldable Bucket, Carabiner - Fishing Magnet Kit : ใใผใ ๏ผใญใใใณ Review: It works - Still waiting to find something valuable enough so I can retire from magnet fishing, but I can confirm this magnet definitely works. Funny story โ before buying it, I saw a bunch of reviews saying stuff like, โIt claims 1200 lbs but Iโm only pulling up fishing hooks and they fall right off. This thing sucks.โ Thatโs not really how these magnets work. The holding power depends on the type of metal, thickness, surface contact, and angle. First day I got it, I took it to a bridge with a big steel structure underneath. Maybe my third throw, the magnet slammed onto the steel and got completely stuck. I mean STUCK stuck. I could not pull this thing off to save my life. I didnโt bring much with me, so I started looking around for a branch or stick to wrap the rope around for leverage. No luck. Then I checked my car and found a snow brush. Wrapped the rope around it a few times and started pulling. Finally got the magnet to move maybe two inchesโฆ then SNAP โ the snow brush broke. At this point people on boats are driving by looking at me like Iโm some kind of idiot fighting a bridge. I was honestly close to tying the rope to my car, but then I pictured the magnet finally breaking loose and flying through my back window. Eventually I somehow got it close enough to pry it loose from the steel. Long story short: the magnet absolutely works. Maybe a little too well. Review: No complaints here. - I bought this for my kid and he had so much fun in the creek with it. We found a few cool things, and he used the hook to pull branches away from his fishing spots.

It works

Simplicity of use and
Everything you need to start magnet fishing all in one incredibly strong box. The magnet is extremely strong and has the ability to be used in 2 positions. The accompanying rope is strong and reliable. It hasn't broken on me yet and I've pull a 100 lb. piece of metal out of the river. The included gloves have really good grip, but I also wear nitrate gloves underneath just to help keep the hands dry. Also, the included pouch for carrying your findings is a little small but most of what I have found so far goes into a 5 gallon box. Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Great buy for the money
The magnet on a flat pull is very strong, don't listen to the people who say they are weak while trying to pick up the hook or eyelets it comes with. The hook is not ferrous, and the metal the eyelets are made from is barely ferrous. Magnets cannot pick up every type of metal out there. I hooked it to my coffee table leg, and it sticks to that very well, stuck it to my front door for a straight pull from the center of the magnet and heard my door frame creak before it let go. This isn't going to pull out street signs and such like some of the guys do on videos online, but it is a great beginner kit, and that's what I was looking for. The hook is made out of some sort of light metal, not sure if it is an aluminum alloy, or what it is. It might be stronger than I think, but I feel like if you got anything of serious weight on it, it would probably bend or the ring welded on the end might come off, but I could be wrong. I would bet it will handle anything the magnet will though. The rope is typical paracord you can get anywhere but feels sturdy enough. The gloves are like a light gardening glove with rubberized palm and fingers. The gloves won't save you from sharp objects, but will help, and will help pulling anything rusty, just watch for sharp edges. The case feels very sturdy, it has a channel for a rubber seal, but mine didn't come with one, not sure if it was supposed to or not. The "collapsible bucket" is essentially just a canvas bag, it will handle anything smaller and of any value you want to bring home, but I would get a plastic bucket for the junk items you pull to get rid of. Good buy for the money, I bought magnetic coat hooks for the sides of my tool box that cost more than this set, and have similar strength magnets in them, maybe a little weaker. Great beginner set, and a good way to get outside doing something off the couch and away from electronics, plus you can clean up some of the junk in your water ways in your area while having fun at it!
