Great grip mat
After purchasing many cheaper materials, they have all not had a good ship for yoga.A perfect mat although was not include the carry strap as described. Luckily I already have a carry strap.

At the lower end of the price bracket for good quality mats...
Bought this for general workouts in my garage. Does the job: no frills.I did a bit of reading and The Telegraph reckoned that good quality mats start at around £30. This was on offer - reduced from £35, I think - and is still selling for under £30 at the time of writing. In any case, this was one of the mats that The Telegraph recommended, if that's means anything.Several months on, I'm using it daily, and it still looks as good as new. It is made from biodegradable material, so keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which start the process.

Not particularly non-slip
I use this for yoga. It’s not particularly non-slip and also bits seem to come off whilst in use.

A fantastic mat, and fantastic customer service
A fairly grippy, nicely cushioned pad - and I love the colour too.Perfect for my yoga routine!My initial order was missing the carry strap, but I sent a message to the customer service team who swiftly came back to me and sent one!Would very much recommend this mat!

Fantastic budget friendly yoga and workout mat!
I do all kinds of physio and fitness on this mat, though am yet to take up yoga! Budget friendly and easily transportable. Would recommend!

Yoga-mad Evolution
Unfortunately, when my mat arrived it did not include the carry strap that it suggested was included. This was disappointing. The mat itself takes ages to roll up. I have used it on 3 occasions and I have found it a bit slippy.The seller sent me out the strap that was missing when I received it. I could not believe it when the strap arrived. It is basically a bit thicker than a shoe lace. I use amazon a lot. This has been a disappointing experience given the price of the mat. I will never purchase from this seller again

Quality mat
Grips well better than my previous mat which was a similar price. It’s also a bit thicker so nice and comfy, I can use it on a hard floor. Would recommend

New to yoga, read the reviews about this mat and decided to purchase, very good I didn’t slip with this mat.
