Q: Would this work as a corn syrup replacement in recipes?

My apologies for taking so long to answer. Unfortunately, I'm wasn't certain about the replacement for corn syrup so I reached out to a few customers but they have not yet tried this substitution. Here's what I can tell you; The density of water is 1 g/cm³. The density of a light corn syrup is 1.33 g/cm³. The density of Allulose is 1.6 g/cm³. So it is more dense than a light corn syrup and should be a good substitution. Albeit late, I hope this information is helpful.

Q: Does it take less of the liquid then it does the powder? Because it seems to take at least 3:1 of the powder to regular sugar.

I have never used the powder. But the liquid takes 1.5 tsp for my coffee vs sugar which take 2 tsp.
