I saw a review of this and thought why not give it a try. First battery I tried it on was dead and would not take a charge. I kept going between charger and hooking this thing up for a few minutes and pretty soon the battery started to take more of a charge. Next thing I knew this thing had revived the battery. I have now used it on several car batteries that acted like they were going bad and it has them performing good enough that I can continue using them. All it had to do was save one battery and it paid for itself. Yes, I am pleased with this thing and its makes me sick to think of all the batteries that I have traded in that it probably would have revived.

I generally buy a budget car battery from wally and use it 2 years then put it in my solar bank for 2 then it wont work and i use it for a trade in. I had 1 that wouldnt give an acid strength of even 1 of 4 balls. After a night of using this desulfator it would show 3 balls after a charge in all cells. Now it charges and shows 4 balls in all cells. It turned the sulfates back into acid in a battery i was ready to scrap. The other battery had a total dead cell but after a a few desulfating and charging cycles it now holds a charge and i can put it back into service. I would highly recommend this unit as a way to get more life out of old batteries.

This is the second pulser I have bought. It works. I let my golf cart batteries go partially dry by over charging. I recovered the capacity to about 80 % with thefirst pulser before it failed and another 10% with the replacement. That's probably the best I can do. But saved buying new batteries for $1600!

I will present you with the data I gathered to see if this thing is working or not. Below is the data I gathered for 2.5 months. I used Konnwei kw208 Battery Tester and Schumacher SC-1200A-CA Automatic Battery Chrager. Definition you have to know: State of Health= Life expectancy left based on 100% brand new battery. State of Capacity=Charge capacity where 100% is fully charged brand new battery. CCA=Cold Crank Amp. My battery is installed back in 2014 (present time =2021) from Walmart (12V, 700CCA) and I drive maybe once a week to go grocery shopping and some leisure drving to Burger King...Initial measurement of my battery was SOH 67, SOC 28, 475CCA, 12.17V. So as you can see my battery is getting old but still functioning without problem. The question was whether this de-sulfator can re-juveniate my old battery.I desulfated for 2 days and full charge using the charger above. I repeat this process for 10 times over 2.5 months. DATA=SOH,SOC,CCA and Voltage: (67,28,475,12.17=initial), then (84,30,594,12.18), then (78,55,550,12.33), (84,60,586,12.36) then (84,66,594,12.4), then (82,73,578,12.44), then (78,75,551,12.44), then (81,76,573,12.46). then (79,45,554,12.27).So SOH increased from 67 to average 81%. SOH increased from 28 average 60%. CCA increased from 475 to avreage 573. Voltage increased from 12.17 to 12.36. So my conclusion is1. You can not rejuvenate your dead brick battery to brand new battery or any old battery.2. This little desulfator will increase SOH, SOC CCA and Voltage but not to the level of brand new battery.3. I messed with this for 2.5 months and I am asking myself a question. Is it worth doing this? Well, you answer.4. This little guy will be most effective if you permanently attached to your battery and do daily driving: desulfate over night and charge while driving. Note:If you leave it on the battery without recharging, it will eventually drain out your battery.5. If you want to installs this permanently to your battery, you will need to cut/replace the alligator clip to eyelet.6. I will have Ryobi 48V (12Vx4) batteries for my lawn mower and I will permanently installs this and leave it on the charger 24/7 after each use so that it can desulfate and recharge/trickle charge 24/7.7. The best way to maintain any acid battery is to PREVENT SO4 crystal to form to begin with instead of trying to use this device when the battery developed sulfate crystal. Analogy: watch your diet and take cholesterol medicine to prevent coronary build up instead of trying to lower cholesterol after a heart attack. By then the cholesterol is already built up in your coronary and no medicine will rejuvenate your coronary build-up...... Be Healthy, Happy and Spread Compassion.

The product works. You can read the voltage and it is limiting that it only works at 11 volts and above. I use it attached to the battery 24/7 so it desulfates with a charge. It has noticibly improved the capacity of the cells for more amperage.

Good information on use, however don't expect the desulfation process to occur in a couple of hours. Depending on the condition of your battery, it could take 12 to 24 hours or longer, and there is no guarantee the battery is even recoverable. For the price of this desulfator, it is worth having. You will probably recover more batteries than you find non-recoverable.

Used it for approx. 2-mo. ,the it stopped initiating program when I plugged it in > ?? Returned for full refund and up-graded to a Noco Genius ! Don't know yet how it's going to work out >
