After reading reviews and recommendations I ordered some Hustle Butter for my upcoming tattoo appointment. A week before the tattoo I used this on the area day and night to make sure it was well moisturized. Originally I got it for the tattoo, and I found I reallllly like the smell of this and how it feels once it fully absorbs. It is pleasant gender neutral scent that is not over powering. I started using it on other areas that tend to be extra dry like my elbows and knees. The thickness is both a pro and a con. Like others mentioned it does take some time to fully absorb since it is so thick so you may have to wait a bit before getting dressed depending on the area. I started to use it around 5 days post-tattoo after I took off the Saniderm and let it air dry for a bit. I have been using it morning and night ever since and the tattoo has healed up nicely. After the first few days I started using a hair dryer to liquify the top layer of the Hustle Butter to make it easier to spread, but not hot enough to cause any skin irritation on the tattoo. I also found this helps it absorb a little faster and I can put on a shirt after a few minutes without worry. It goes on nicely and does not feel greasy at all. It is hard to explain, as in my head I just come up with the word it feels "nice" and almost has a creamy consistency. I do wish it were a little cheaper since it is so good I want to put it everywhere. But if only using it for a small section this container will last a while since a little can go a long way. I also found it makes the tattoo "pop" a little and boost the colors and blacks. I bought the smaller container too just to carry around in a bag if I want something quick to use and to help stop itchiness of the tattoo during the second week when I was out of the house.

Works amazing not crazy oily like A&D is, keeps your tattoos color looking amazing for along time. Small hint smell of apples I think it smells awesome. Absorbed into skin very well.

Love this stuff! So creamy, and not oily at all! Leaves the area shiny, a little glossy, but not greasy. Also, has a slight vanilla, maybe cocoa butter scent. I love that!

So far, so good. No complain. The texture is nice to touch and apply. Smooth application and nice buttery smell.

This is great stuff I just got a tattoo and I bought this stuff like a week and half after. I wish I had this from day one it's not so heavy you can tell it make your skin breathable I was using aquaphor which is also great but much harder to spread on fresh tattoo that peelings and also aquaphor feels heavy and clogs pores which hustle butter doesn't seem like it would do that. Also I love the smell of this

It arrived in liquid form, most probably because of the heat or bad temperature control however it recovered to solid form again but not sure if it impacted the product itself. Can't blame the product tho.
