Compelling Book Series
I have enjoyed all of the series books so much. I was hooked right from the beginning with "Sick". Then on to "Exit 9", "Pale Horse", "Ashes" and now "Eden Rising". I have completed each book in record time only lasting a day or two with every spare minute of my time reading them. The story line is a bit far fetch buy I can honestly believe that some groups of people in our world would have the knowledge and power to try and pull this off in the future. Very scary thought. I know in our world we have good people and, just like those in the book, there would be great individuals who would do everything in their power to take down the deranged power hungry people. The only draw back on reading series like this is waiting. I need to find a complete series that is already written so I can finish all the books at once. Love Brett Battles writing!

Gripping story
I find myself reading a Project Eden book every day! What will I do when I have read the last one? Love this series.

Where is book 6 on the Kindle store?
This book was better than the last one in the series and kept me riveted to the plot wanting to know how each of the different characters would handle their situation. I also live where some of this takes place so it was nice to see how much the author researched about the area.My only complaint is that the next book is NOT AVAILABLE via Kindle at this time. The last book is available but not book 6. What is up with that?

More questions
This book answers one question: how the resistance was formed. By the end of the story, several more questions take its place. What's up with Chloe? Did C8 escape? Now what - where Project Eden is concerned? Now what - where Matt is concerned? Will someone on the island do something stupid? Will Sanjay and Kusum officially become part of the resistance? Is Belinda Ramsey saved or doomed? Will Martina find Ben or visa versa? What's Brandon going to do with all those little girlfriends?I like this series. I don't like how long I have to wait for the next installment. But wait I will.

Great Series Continues
Another good read in a great series. This one gets 4 instead of 5 stars because the multiple story lines are a bit choppy and did not reach any real conclusions. The characters are well defined and likeable and the different story lines do add a sense of various perspectives and feelings about how they would deal with the situation. I am more than a little curious to see how this will all be wrapped up by the author. This book was more of "filler" leading to a conclusion (I hope).

The Eden Project
One more in the series and ANOTHER cliff hanger. Brett Battles knows how to write a story and leave you anxious for the next installment. What a wonderful, rich imagination and the reader is the beneficiary. Another of this series is due out in 2014 and it will be exciting to see how all the characters that have been developed to this point, continue to struggle for survival and how or if they meet. Great book and a great story. Can't wait for another book.

like the rest in the series
This book, like the rest in the series, is well written. Although the plot is a bit far-out, it's marginally believable, and Mr. Battles makes you believe it possible, thereby making the book, and the rest in the series, really good reads. The premise is actually something that we should fear, and it could happen--I believe that you'll enjoy the book, but if possible, read the Project Eden books in order as it will add immeasurably to your reading pleasure

Holding My Breath for the next Installment
Pandemic continues to ravage the world, as isolated pockets of survivors struggle to stay alive and make sense of what's happening. Under the guise of UN humanitarian efforts, world-wide Project Eden is ramping up its plans to eliminate Sage Flu survivors by luring them to rescue stations. Meanwhile, the Resistance finds ways to strike back. All my favorite characters are back in Brett Battles' newest saga in the Project Eden series. As with the other books in this series, Battles delivers fast-action, endearing characters and a page-turning plot. Battles delivers this part of the story with compassion, emotion and intrigue...and I am holding my breath waiting for the next book in the series.

Another 5 star read as good as the last 3, soooo addictive!
Ditto yes Im going to repeat myself yet again as Ive had another sleepless night as I burned through the latest book in Project Eden thrillers in this amazing storyline. I haven't stopped reading this series from the minute I picked up book 1 Sick!Sheesh.... its....unputdownable!I love, love, love this series, its descriptive and Bretts words put you right there in the middle of everything; all you need is the gasmask! I'm so emotionally involved with the characters....what have you done to me...I care what they are thinking and doing, Im right there next to them.We continue to watch as resistance this time fights all out against the governmental lies to try and warn the survivors. But who will the people believe? In Eden Rising we find out how the resistance was formed and of course we are left with some exciting new questions and twists and yet another incredible cliffhanger its not what I thought was going to happen.....I have to say every book improves on the last as we find out yet more about Project Eden and those trying to stop them, its exciting, convincing as well as believable and thrilling. Each book in this Project Eden series has given us something different and has never lost its momentum; the plots are so well developed and the suspense is built up so well.Im completely addicted with no cure till Brett decides to end this amazing series, although Im not sure I want this to end...sniff sniff...my world will be empty.... Keepem coming Brett pleeease! Its actually made me think how we would cope with such a disaster, should we be preparing....would you risk your lives for others?Highly recommended series but start at book one Sick and read them in order, if you love your dysotonian and post apocalyptic reads you will love the unique twists and turns to this series.

Another great read
Another brilliant book in the Project Eden series which leaves us with yet another cliffhanger. I'm just about to start the 6th book to get my next fix :-)You genuinely start to care for these characters and I really like the way the story jumps around, one minute we're following the Resistance, the next Sanjay and the survivors in Mumbai then the next the holiday makers on the isolated island. My only criticism of this entire series and why I haven't given 5 stars is because I feel it's been strung out a little, to maximise revenue. I don't mean that the story has been strung out, after 5 books it's still as fast paced and intriguing as the first, however, most of the books are fairy short in length compared to the average novel. Really one and a half books could be fitted into the one, reducing the series in size a little, and keeping us fans reading for longer :-)

The saga continues
Carries on where the last book left off and adds more meat to the bones of some of the newer characters. A great book from a great series of books

Fantastic series, great page turners
I rarely write reviews for books I read on Amazon, but I have enjoyed this series so much I felt I had to! Eden Rising is book 5 in the series. I picked up the book yesterday evening and was not disappointed, it was a typical Brett Battles page turner, I found myself wanting to read the next chapter before going to sleep. The books are fast paced, with multiple story lines running in parallel, and are relatively short, punchy reads which is reflected in the price. I'm now looking forward to the next instalment, Dream Sky...

Brilliant!
I have read every Project Eden book and again really enjoyed this one - I couldn't put it down. It picks up where it left off in the previous book following the survivors, etc., but again it ends as a cliff hanger with you wanting to carry on reading. The next book not due until 2014 - clever!
